Train the Technical Trainer


OBJECTIVE

 

 

The main objectives of this course are to:

  • Understand the characteristic of effective trainer.
  • Understand the multiple intelligences, leaning style and how to apply it to adult leaner.
  • Able to design, conduct, evaluate the competence based training, on-the job training, orientation etc.
  • How to make the training fun?

This course is designed based on the concept of PDCA (plan-do-check-action) cycle:

  • On the PLAN section, it addresses the need to identify training objectives, planning for the training, followed by developing an effective training program, including training preparation.
  • On the DO section, it touches on the method of conducting the training in the most effective manner and learned the basic psychology of the trainees
  • On the CHECK section, it focuses on training evaluation to ensure the objective have been delivered
  • On the ACTION section, it covers the initiation of improvement actions.
