SURVEY ON EFFECTIVENESS OF QUALITY AUDITING

Purposes:

The objective of this study is to determine and investigate the issues in quality audit
including the perception on critical success factors for quality auditing,
quality auditing performance and performance measure,
and quality auditing implementation issues and difficulties.

Background:

Many organization a undergo series of quality audits.
The question is whether the quality audit provides the positive result to the organization and their customers.
This survey is part of a study to develop and validate a model of effective quality auditing.
Your kind feedback would be useful in devising suitable approaches in quality auditing
that will beneficial to both suppliers and customers.


Instruction:

This survey consists of 4 sections.
Please tick in the box and provide comments at the end of each section.

Section 1: we would like to identify the general information including respondent demographic, and industry segment.
Section 2: we would like to study the quality auditing implementation issues in audit process, difficulties faced, and auditing tools and techniques
Section 3: we would like to determine the respondents¡¯ perceptions on critical success factor in quality audit
Section 4: we would like to determine perception the quality audit performance, including extent quality audit improved organization performance, type of quality audit and measurements for effective audit
